Maintains all people connected for various purposes using the advance of  technology, in order for communication to be faster and simple.

Internet: a whole lot of databases where you can find, share information

Online information services:  Used to facilitate the communication with others across the world

Commercial online information services: private information services for businesses

Graphic design principles: tools to add in your information (simple, consistent, functional)

Emails and others: a modem connects you to the database

Electronic mail: person to person communication where the message is sent by computer

Voicemail: record voice messages

Facsimile machine: reads and transmits a document from a fax machine and sends info to other

Telecommuting: using the electronic male, to work from home

Cellular telephone: cellular radios that transmit messages over airways

Teleconferences: electronic communication between groups (audio, video, graphics)
