Are all the ways a business can be legally formed under state laws, the type of organization selected depends in many factors like the tax management, liability benefits, drawbacks, etc.

Refers to the rights, obligations, and responsibilities in an employer-employee relationship. For example, wages, workplace safety, discrimination, etc

3.       How are Consumer laws defined?

These laws involve the regulations and statutes to create an equitable balance for buyers (consumers) in the marketplace, therefore sellers won´t use dishonest tactics like false advertising, an online scam, financial schemes, identity theft, unauthorized credit card charges.

4.       What is Securities Law?

The government has security laws to ensure that companies who sell securities, truthfully report their assets, liabilities, and other accounting facts so people avoid buying a security that is going to fail.

5.       What does Health and Safety at the Workplace refer to?

Refers to all the regulations and procedures intended to prevent accidents or injury in a workplace or public environments

6.       What is Taxation?

Its the imposition of compulsory levies on individuals and organizations by the government to raise revenue for the government expenditures

  1. It strikes me that your answers are very short, but I think they are very specific and say what is necessary. Perhaps it would have been good if you drowned out more on the penultimate question, the subject of health at work gives a little more to talk about than just preventing accidents.
